Please provide your name, your e-mail address, and your order number so that we can clearly identify your order.

If you only wish to withdraw individual items from your order, please specify them in the form. If you wish to withdraw the entire order, please write "entire order".

Please note: For custom-made or personalised products, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded. We will review your withdrawal upon receipt and contact you by e-mail.
